Addiction Recovery Basics

I will be attending a men's conference tomorrow in Palm Beach Gardens.This national conference will cover a wide range of topics that are essential to the well-being of men, featuring coverage of physical health issues, emotional growth, relationships, spirituality, addiction, anger management, depression, and fathers and sons.

One thing I have come to believe of is that men suffer just as much trauma as women. It just seems to be more hidden and less talked about. I am really looking forward to some new insights from the industry leaders in addiction treatment.
