I decided to combine my penchant for web surfing with one of my stealth softwares to discover some new addiction recovery sites. Using the search term ‘addiction recovery’ here is what I found:

These folks are the kings of addiction recovery forums. In my search of 20 sites for my search term, they occupied 9 out of 20 results. Lot of people lot of ideas, loy of sharing. Just a bit of caution on the authority of advice given….but you know that. Breakthroughrecovery.com - they had a transcript from a radio broadcast, I was looking for an mp3 and never could find it.. Pretty interesting until I clicked the homepage link within the article and it took me to Bar.com where I could buy wine racks, find drink recipes and a bar in my area. I wonder if they know their link got hijacked? I eventually followed the site to home found the index, clicked on blog link and got a 404 error page. These tech issues are unfortunate because the site had a lot of really good content. It is a home site for a treatment center.
