I feel so much more comfortable with using this site to help me. at times it is so difficult to know that you do not know why you do what you do. This site is making me more able to share, think and become educated than I ever would in another environment. This will be my step towards recovery and coming out to the world about my problems which will in turn make life easier for me and my family.

I would suggest you sign up for my newsletter and download a copy of the Addiction Recovery Help Guide. Inside are a number of articles thya can be used for group discussion.

In fact when composing that book I took a lot of material I used in therapy groups and rewrote as a “How to” type article. That should give you a lot of ideas.

The problem for many is that they do not know what sort of wrong activities they were indulged in. There must someone to point the mistakes. Because they may not be aware of this. If pointed out earlier and self analysis has been done, surely they can change their attitude. And for the present generation, here is the saviour. Answer all these questions and find out how good or bad you are.

if you’ve had delirium tremens (D.T.’s) you are already in the late stages of alcoholism ..life and death situation

Thanks for the list there. Good questions and seem to be right on the money. Also enjoying other areas on the site and will be sure to revisit!

Great questions. This post is a nice pick. Executive Intervention makes us clean in our way. Just be aware of any possible mistakes that will be lead to hospitalization due to over drinking.
