I found that when I was truly down after the gorgeous Vivien and I broke up that the best way to fight the depression was to do some exercise.
Just getting out of the house and doing some fast walking was enough to open up the lungs and get some fresh air in and get the heart pumpin. After a half an hour it seems that the fresh, blood full of oxygen getting to the brain makes me feel better about myself and I start thinking properly instead of felling sorry for myself.
Give it a try and see if you feel better!
Take care.

One of the ways to help get rid of your anxiety is to really stop thinking about it, no matter what it is but of course it can be difficult :( :l.

Anxiety and depression often go hand in hand ,serving to accelerate any downward spirals in mood and motivation. The most effective methods of treatment use cognitve behavioural therapy to create new patterns of behaviour and ultimately a fundamental shif in your world view.If any of you are suffering depression consider talking to a CBT practitioner

Anxiety and Depression seem to go hand in hand. I know when you have anxiety it often leads to depression. However if you have depression it usually does not lead to anxiety. This may seem a little odd at first, but if you think about it, it's true.

In response to the 'What Is Depression' video, if you choose to go to a doctor first, you will be getting a prescription for some sort of an antidepressant. This should not be your first decision and you should try harder to get help before taking the pills. First, talk over your problem with someone you know and trust, if you're not having luck with this you can talk to a professional therapist or search on-line for natural remedies related to your symptoms. Try these first before starting on an antidepressant script. You'll be glad you did.

Very informative video attachments on anxiety and depression. I can see a correlation between addition and these types of illnesses in where a person suffering might be "self-medicating" instead of seeking professional help.

Very interesting post. And good choice of videos to go with it. Depression and anxiety is more common than most of us think - and it can play a big toll in our dating lives too. It can even prevent us from finding our true love - so thanks for this informative site.
