Below is a short view of the self hypnotic process. Though lots of variations of this method have been used, these are the basic steps you have to go through in order to hypnotize yourself to accomplish self improvement.
1. Position your goals from the most important goal to the less important in that order. If all possible, your goals should be measurable.
2. For each goal, you should formulate fitting suggestions which means you have to convert your goals into specific instructions to your subconscious mind on how to achieve each goal you want to reach.
3. Relax yourself. Use the first few minutes of your self hypnotic session to get as relaxed as possible. Try to forget all your problems.
4. Start your hypnotic initiation phase by saying and repeating out loud the hypnotic words you have chosen, thinking of these words or listening to a hypnotic tape or CD customized for your hypnotic needs.
Before you start up your self hypnotic exercises you should make a time schedule for it. Do your hypnotic sessions every day, five minutes a day is enough. Repeat your suggestions as often as possible during the day. Measure your progress. Are you closer to your goal now than you were before you started? Ask yourself.
If you answer negative to these questions, you must rethink and reorganize your train of thoughts. I wish more people were aware of the valuable tool hypnosis can be if they just opened their minds to the possibility. Everyone wants a quick fix, and they don’t want to work hard or put much effort into fixing bad habits, or making personal change. Hypnosis is as simple as you can get, but it’s not a magic solution. You still have to put in a little effort to get the rewards, but in the end that makes your success that much sweeter!

I think it should be done effectively if there is a sincerity and perseverance towards anything that we aimed to. I don’t think there are any methods or ways on how to improve ourselves. I still believe that improvements must start within us and not in any other ways, whether normal or paranormal they are. However, the article was a bit interesting and entertaining, so thank your for posting it. It was informational, though.

I agree hunter what a shame that peoples perception is that of chickens, when you can use it for many postive things. I used it recently so i can go to the dentist without injections!

Actually, what you have said in your articles are all tips or suggestions on how to recover from something or how to improve yourself. Those suggestions might be applicable to some but there are people who are knows how to improve themselves through their own ways. I mean, you don’t have to memorize the tips or follow all of them. Becuase changes start within us. Nobody can help us but ourselves. I believe that your best best friend that can help you always is your self. Do you agree?

I am one of those that belive in Hypnosis and from time to time i use it too.Those are usefull tips thank you verry much.
