Untold relationships have ruined by excessive consumption of Erotica by females…supposedly. I suspect the problem is a lack of impulse control rather than actual addiction.

As for Ted Bundy, that was a self-diagnosed addiction the night before an execution. Something he never claimed before. I suspect it was more of a ploy to elicit some sympathy after he died.

Yeah, I think in todays porn saturated world, masturbation is a problem to some. But need to keep it in perspective. If your not in a sexual relationship, masturbation can be a good stress relief.

I’ve never heard of such a thing. Internet pornography addiction? This sounds like a condition invented by psychologists to make more money and make people ashamed of their habits. Really now, when’s the last time you’ve heard of someone dying because of porn addiction? Come on, people.

Frankly, I’ve never had a problem like this, maybe because I’m a woman. I think internet porn addiction is something that is happening mostly to men, and the tips here certainly would help them. But then again, I’ve never heard of someone whose life was ruined because of porn.

Sexual addiction is no doubt a huge problem, especially due to the ease of access to pornography nowadays through the internet. We’ve written quite a bit about the topic too, and it seems as if it is one of the most often searched for problems online.

While boredom can play a role, habit and triggers can often drive the problem past a person’s active ability to control it. It’s important for people to know that sexual addiction is, like drug addiction, an actual condition and not a moral failing. There are treatment options out there.
