Fortunately the only addiction I've had to relieve myself from was coffee. I had tried several times, but the headaches were too much to handle, so I weened myself off by reducing my daily coffee grinds and slowly replacing them with decaf coffee grinds. I did this over a one month period and was able to quit coffee, pain free as a result.

For more health information, please see http://healthylivingseo.info always what you want

Being Physically Healthy

Many people nowadays have been preoccupied with their busy and hectic schedules: following the demands of their jobs, doing home works, projects and even looking for a decent job. Sometimes, these people forget the true core of maintaining a well and healthy being. This just proves that the quote “early in life, some people give up their health to gain wealth. But in the latter part they will give up some of their wealth to regain health” is true. We are living in a generation of fast-paced living or should I say fast-paced death?… wherein the world we are living in provides us with the best of luxuries, convenience and even vices that somehow helps in the process of health deterioration.
Being healthy doesn’t only mean having that killer abs that everyone wants, but its far more deeper than that. In order to be healthy we need to balance ourselves.. Physically, emotionally, spiritually and even intellectually. I’m curious though how some people find it hard in becoming a healthy individual.
Here are some simple tips in becoming physically fit, I usually do them whenever I can and whenever I have the time to do. If you don’t have time then I guess you should learn how to prioritize and stop spending the whole day in front of Facebook, Twitter or computer games. if you are a techno-addict then maybe it’s time to crush all of your gadgets to live a healthy life.
• Drink 1 glass of water every two hours. The size of the glass depends on you just make sure it’s not too small or big.
• Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Don’t have time? Wake up an hour earlier than your usual wake-up time.
• Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
• Take your vitamin supplements. I suggest it to be a multivitamins so you just have to take one tablet and not so many.
• You need to learn how to breathe through your diaphragm, just like in singing.
• From time to time improve on your exercises because our body could get used to it making its effects lesser.
• Always smile. It will help boost your emotion and attitude
• Never forget your weight training to boost up metabolism
• Sleep well. I recommend sleeping for more than 6 hours for adults.
• Live your life the way you want it whilst maintaining a healthy body.
• Have fun because you’ll never know when you’ll die.
• last is discipline, without it you’ll never be healthy.

Alcohol is such a destructive drug. It hurts so many people and causes many societal problems. I just hope this world learns to live side-by-side healthily with this intoxicant, but I know in my heart that will never happen, simply because of statistical probability. If you have a large enough population, you are going to get some abusers in there, even if it is outside two standard deviations of the mean!

My brother-in-law uses CPAP, well he use to use it, he hates it. Most of the time he will not use it because he feels that his snoring is not as serious as it really is and it’s not worth the discomfort. He tried an anti snoring chin strap and he seems to like that better. I never knew about the alcohol connection, thanks.

Thank you for the great information about medical addiction. I know what is to be addicted and is not fun. I was addicted to smoking cigarettes for 15 plus years. I manege to quit cold turkey but it wasn't easy after I had try numerous times in the past. Consistency is the key of success.

If you suddenly wake up in the middle of the night feeling short of breath or feel very drowsy the next day after drinking alcohol, it may be a sign of alcohol-induced sleep apnea. Given time, the problem could get more serious and you could find yourself with a serious sleep apnea problem.
