		<description>Yes you have to be a strong person when you are treading on the path of recovery.What I felt when I was over with smoking that there was a marked change in my attitude.I was more clear with the fact that I am never going to have even a puff. The cravings were also taken care of, in the sense that I started working on my fitness, regular exercises helped me a lot.I was not scared that I will ever fall for smoking again and this idea made me feel good.</description>
