This is a very interesting web page. Very effective tools here as well. I have been sober now for ten months.I do go to counseling two times a month and group once a week also attend a meting that is called Celebrate Recovery once a week.It is very important to get a good support group.Go to meetings to know that there are other people out there like yourself.
