I am trying to find help with my addiction to pain pills. My loving husband gives me my 6 pills each morning, and I pray to not bother him for any more. But, of course, there are times I do. I find myself falling into that "addict's fear." I want more and more. He asks me, at times, if I love the pills more than him. Lord knows I don't, but it sometimes feels that way. I know there has to be words or actions I can draw on at these times to get through. I hope this website will be the miracle I need. I am new to this, and hope I’m doing it correctly. I really liked how it detailed and organized every step and provided realistic useful information. I think an intervention would require a lot of courage and persistence on both parties and it could be painful and difficult but yet a necessary action.
