Let’s start with this basic truth—although some drugs are stronger or more powerful than others, all drugs are potentially dangerous. Each has a way of tapping into your brain’s pleasure circuitry and altering your physical or emotional state. And this means—Any of them can lead to abuse and addiction.
But what makes one drug more addictive than another has to do with a person’s environment (like stress, or friends who use drugs), the type of drug, and how much it’s used—even genes have a role in whether or not someone becomes addicted.
Scientists have already identified a particular gene that makes some people more likely to become addicted to nicotine, the drug found in cigarettes and other tobacco products. All these factors affect the individual person in different ways, which is why everyone’s experience with drug addiction is unique.
Even so, some of the most intoxicating drugs out there will take fewer doses over a shorter period of time for many people to become addicted. This includes cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin. And a high dose of a weaker drug taken more often over the same period of time could lead to addiction for some people as well. It’s a hard call to make in advance.

This is a difficult question to answer because it depends upon a lot of factors in both the drug and the person who uses it.I think addictiveness should be rated on how fast you get addictive from a 1 time use you have to get use to nicotine to become addicted but when you do its tough to quit just like anything.Probably smoking is the most addicting and marijuana.
Theres a lot of bs out there about drugs. Thats because drugs are complex, and our bodies are complex, so little is known about any drug. Yeah this list names alot of drugs that most evidence is suggesting arent addictive, but atleast it doesnt rate nicotine as less addictive than “hard” drugs, like most naive sources would. Nicotine and alcohol are worse for your health than most illegal drugs used, including heroin and cocaine, atleast according to all the evidence. This idea that illegal drugs are automatically worse than legal drugs is a mistake too many people are making.
A lot of people on here seem to be moaning how incorrect cannabis addiction is, i would say 42% is an accurate statement, When i was 15 me an four other friends started smoking weed, six years later 3 of these friends still smoke pot heavier than they have ever done, only me an one other friend have kicked it. Tobacco deserves to be top for me, i think quitting will be one of the hardest things i will have to do.
Which drug is the most additctive to you? It really depend on each person but I think it is better not to try any of it. For me heroin is sound like the most serious one.
Yeah this is a hard question actually. I totally agree, it depends on the person if the drug reacts quickly or slowly with people. This may seem silly, but some people may not addicted to strong drugs. On the other hand it depends what drug it is?
