Recently I have been studying women's addiction recovery issues, and anorexia. Together they pose a formidable obstacle to over come. If you, or someone you know has disordered eating patterns, please get professional treatment help.

Not anorexia… but I've suffered from Body Dysmorphic Disorder due to some bullying issues that started in grade 6. They're all intertwined, though, aren't they. I've not been able to find a treatment that works yet. It's complicated it.. it's anxiety missed with obsession over what you eat and how much mixed with an INCREDIBLE obsession over how you look that is so powerful that nothing else matters. I think everyone as a whole needs to start working to treat this at its SOURCE… because, right now, we're continuing to raise children to develop these diseases. The media needs to acknowledge this.

Anorexia affects all people of both sexes, and it's something that can get out of hand very quickly. You can blame whatever you want on the cause of it, but in the end, those suffering from anorexia and bumilia need help.
